Miraseal EX is a solvent based clear, impregnating sealer. It offers many advantages, such as enhancement of natural colours of concrete, masonry and stone surfaces, protection against water and oil penetration, and stain resistance. It does not yellow over time, and is UV stable.

Miraseal EX is a blend of alkali-stable siloxane resins in an acrylic resin solution.
